Looking for captain on Ibiza from July 24

Looking for captain for summer season 24 for 12 m classic sailing boat.

We do daycharters 2-4 x pw with 8 guests. We operate from anchor with dinghy.

Looking for experienced sailor that lives on the boat and stays on the boat if conditions require a captain. But it leaves enough time to enjoy Ibiza.

Captain takes care of the boat but general maintenance is done prior to arrival. A technical insight is of course a pre as on any boat sometimes things go down and good if simple repairs can be done by captain.

You handle the boat by your own and take care of guests when we have a daybooking.

You are free to move the boat around Ibiza waters.

Someone that likes to deal with guest and is warmhearted. As the boat is only 12 m i find most important that you are not to playfully young and know your way around a boat and know what needs to be done in heavy weather.

I value experience above papers but good if you got diplomas.

The boat is a classic simple set up boat.
