In search of a first mate

A 35mt sail yacht is searching for a confident sailor with a calm demeanor, capable of handling stressful situations. You should possess suitable experience on similar size boats, with at least 2yrs under your belt and preferably have a background or some experience in varnish maintenance.
Additionally, active and fit, with knowledge of water sports and some understanding of cycling, would be advantageous. Prior experience in driving jet tenders is also essential for this role.
