Tampa to Key West and Havana

Looking for one crew for the short passage from Tampa to Key West and then fo Havana. We will likely stay in Key West for a couple of weeks so someone with a flexible schedule would be preferred. Opportunity to meet us in Key West for the Havana leg alone is a possibility.

What we need:
-You should have at least a general comfort with boats and being offshore for up to 3 days.
-A working knowledge of sailing would be great but any nautical experience is a plus.
-You must be able to get to Tampa at your own expense and home from Havana at your own expense. We are going on to Mexico after and will have crew opportunities there if things work out and you want to continue on.
- You MUST be able to speak Spanish. This is our main reason for taking on crew and it is not negotiable. Bonus points if you have actually been to Cuba.

What you get:
- Food and what not is covered when onboard even when we are not on passage.
- Any customs fees in Cuba.
