Description
Bosun required for a sail training charity. The bosun role on board our vessels is a training and development role. Many of our bosuns go on to progress to being mates and skippers both within the Trust and externally.
The appointed bosun will assist in the delivery of our sail training programme and so empathy with the youth of today and a desire to work with disadvantaged young people is required.
As a small charity, the successful candidate will need to be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
It is desirable but not essential that candidates have their RYA Day Skipper and Powerboat Level 2.
The successful candidate will hold, or be subject to, an enhanced DBS check.
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
