Sunsail's Mediterranean Summer 2025 Flotilla and Bareboat Skipper positions are officially live!
As the Skipper you will be responsible for your vessel and your guests'/the lead boat while supporting guests on their individual yachts, ensuring they enjoy their holiday while always considering safety. As well as encouraging collaboration and ensuring all crew are fulfilling their duties.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who is a great teammate with a very sociable and positive personality. Experience in a customer-facing environment is also required as well as basic yacht maintenance skills
Applicants must hold a Commercially Endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore license
This salary package will include competitive salary, accommodation, travel to and from the base, and provisions while on charter.
