Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive range of RYA courses, tailored to various skill levels and interests.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated instructors and support staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
Maintain and enforce the highest standards of safety for all students and staff.

Requirements:

RYA Chief Yachtmaster Instructor qualification
Proven experience in a similar role within the sailing industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
