Crew for 78' eco catamaran sailing East Med

Looking for a strong crew member with some sailing experience to join our family (parents & 3 kids plus nanny crew) cruise from Cyprus to Israel then Greece and back to Cyprus on our 78' unique aluminium sailing catamaran.
With a A frame mast sporting 170 sqm gennaker or 270 sqm asym, massive solar arrays, solar hot water, 50kW electric propulsion on starboard side she is a one of a kind technologically innovative Ark ship.
Not super luxury but with all the mod cons and heaps of space.
Looking for crew that is familiar with sailing and docking operations, likes physical work (manual winches) and is comfortable around kids.
