Waterford (Dunmore East) to The Isles of Scilly

This is a great opportunity to cruise one of the most beautiful archipelago’s of the sailing world. The week starts with a challenging 24 hour 135Nm sail across the Celtic Sea. For some crew this might be their first overnight passage out of sight of land. Weather permitting (at the moment it’s looking good) once we get there the plan would be to explore a different island each day with some tricky pilotage, sometimes across areas only accessible at HW. If walking, nature & nice cafes are your thing you’ll love Scilly. At the end of the week (Saturday 3rd of August) you will alight from Fulmar Fever at Hugh Town the capital of the island. Here you can stay a few extra days of get a connection on the brand new Atlantic Wolff ferry to Penzance and then onwards.
