Crew - Azores to Europe

I am looking for one more crew (to make three on board) to sail a 43ft Swan Ketch from Ponta Delgada Azores and I have 10th September as a departure date.

In all the trip should take a week to get to Lagos. With the right wind, less. I have an engine and I use it if there are light winds.
The crew need to be relaxed and adaptable and have some experience, be able to take a watch and help prepare food, keep things tidy and such.
Your passport must be valid and allow you to travel to Portugal and Spain.

There is no pay but I will cover stocking the boat for the trip. Food, fuel, satphone costs marina fees. The Azores are nice and cheap for eating out
Elisabeth is a 43ft Nautors Swan Ketch, well maintained.
