Description

The ARC Portugal leaves from Plymouth ( UK) and sails to Bayona in Spain. Then day sails down Portugal to Lagos. Stopping in marinas at night. The WCC put on social events at each stop. The boats entrance fee is paid for by myself. Each crew member pays the WCC £600 for the whole trip OR £135 per leg. ( all based on 2024 so may change slightly.) Each crew member would then only need to contribute to the food/drink consumed on the boat. All other boat costs are covered by myself. Off the boat its up to each individual what they do in terms of food and drink.
My partner Siân intends to join at Bayona or as soon as possible after the Biscay crossing.
The WCC require certain certificates for the ARC Portugal such as Sea Survival which is why I’m advertising this now. Sailing offshore , these are highly recommended! I did my first Sea Survival in 2009 prior to The ARC Atlantic
Boat currently moored in Holyhead,
