North Sea and W.Scotland

Another fine opportunity to sail northern latitudes late in the season on this extraordinary commute. Yacht Cecilia and skipper Richard will be sailing from Stavanger in Norway to Barmouth in West Wales. We will stop by Orkney islands after the crossing, other hopeful stops included the Hebrides, Skye, Plockton, Knoydart, Eigg, Iona, Mull, Islay, Rathlin, Belfast, Ardglass and Bardsay, depending on conditions.

Because the journey starts with the N. Sea it would suit someone with at least some sailing experience, equivalent to Day Skipper or thereabouts. We will share all costs such as fuel, food and moorings, the latter being minimal as we aim to anchor mostly.

I have sailed these waters many times and live and work in both countries.

Please respond by telling me a little bit about yourself and your motivations for the trip. Bonus points for anyone into singing or playing music. A degree of flexibility with time wise is also useful.
