Capt. & Stew Couple

We are looking for 2 very experienced sailors (preferably a couple or friends comfortable with sharing one bed/cabin) for the positions of captain/skipper and stew/hostess for our new sailing monohull yacht Hanse 460 (2024) - Shadow Of The Wind, based in Marina Kastela, Croatia (near Split) during off-season sailing trips. The position covers two periods: April and mid-October to mid-November.
Shadow Of The Wind is a charter yacht that is chartered during the sailing season (around May till October). We’re looking for someone to lead mile-building/cruising trips for guests in off-season, when the sailing conditions are more challenging.
