Chef and Cook

We are a boutique Tall Ship Sailing Company operating from St. Lucia in the Caribbean and are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Chef & Cook. The idea candidate must have the following Credentials and perform the following duties.
• STCW-2010 – must be current
• Security Awareness Course
• Complete Food Safety Handling Course
• Be able to prepare a variety of healthy meals/menus using local fruits and vegetables, seafood, meats, etc. as available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon snack for guests
• Prepare provisioning list and assist with shopping
• Maintain clean and safe galley including all equipment and storage of food and food preparation items.
