Capetown to Trinidad

Skyfall will be leaving Cape Town towards the end of February, bound for Trinidad via Saint Helena, Brazil, French Guiana. I would expect to arrive mid April.
Of the two months, I expect almost half the time to be sailing and half the time to be exploring places en route. This is not island hopping, there are a lot of miles to cover.

I am looking for one crew, or a couple to help me sail this stretch.
