USVI to Florida delivery -- mid-December

Looking for a 3rd hand on a delivery, planned departure 16-Dec. Must board no later than 14th. US PASSPORT mandatory. Sailing experience required, offshore experience preferred. Must be comfortable standing solo watch, experience on night watch a big plus. Spot is best suited for the newly licensed, or experienced amateur. Personality and demeanor more important than experience, please no "high-intensity" thrill-seekers or rockstars. Be a calm, collected, intelligent crew that listens carefully and follow directions. 2022 build, well-equipped for offshore with appropriate safety equipment. You have a private bunk & head. We run on a non-stop, rotating watch schedule. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol while underway. Expect 7 to 9 calendar days underway. Boat pays for provisions. Pay depends on experience. Travel might be covered, depending on your location -- it's best if you're in Florida or the USVI. This is a professional delivery, so there are no planned stops
