Flotilla lead crew - Ionian, 2025 season

We are a small British owned and run charter company based on Lefkas in the South Ionian, Greece. We run a fleet of 20 monuhulls out of Nidri and we have a programme called the "Assisted Bareboat Charter" scheme (ABC) which runs all season (start of May to end of October), for which we are looking for a new lead crew (Skipper and Mate).

This is in essence a small flotilla, but with no organised social activities. The number of client boats is limited to 8. Good boats, excellent engineering back-up and lovely clients.

Good rates of pay, and we can help with working visa applications if you are non- EU.

This would ideally suit a couple, who have flotilla experience under their belts already. Engineering skills are a plus but not a necessity.
