Chef/Stew

We are looking for a young chef/steward (ess) to join a high performance 80ft sailing boat in an exciting circumnavigation project. The next two years’ itinerary includes Indonesia, Timor, Australia, New Zealand etc in a mixture of passages/cruising in the most beautiful and remote spots of the world. The boat will participate to the Sydney-Hobart Regatta.

Role:
- Family style cooking for 6-10 people
- Maintaining the interior areas of the boat

Qualifications:
- Very good family style cooking skills
- Very good interior maintenance skills
- Very keen sailor, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Min. 6months experience in such position on a similar - or smaller - sized sailing boat
