Western France on a Swan 44

I have chartered a Swan 44 from Falmouth for 2 weeks with my mate Hugh, and we're looking around for crew who have some experience, are good fun and happy to eat out in restaurants now and again (ie aren't completely skint). We have 4 people already, but one or two more would be ideal. It's a reasonably heavy but quite quick boat, so you'll have to be in reasonable nick. We are all in our 50's so a Gen Z would feels a bit over-dadded. I'm a Yachtmaster of about 35 years with 50,000 miles (approx) but I am not a risk taker; I am very aware that things can go wrong, and I'm very careful. It'll be 2 weeks largely at anchor around the Western Isles of France and probably down a hundred miles south. We are fun people, and there'll be no shouting allowed at all.
